Laurie-Anne has always been passionate about theatre and acting.  She pursued that passion whenever it was possible, through extracurricular activities in elementary school and high school. She then started taking singing lessons at the age of 17 and was involved in musical theatre productions with Camp Broadway, in Montreal, for 4 years, before joining The Lyric Theatre Singers, in 2006. She has since performed in their yearly Christmas concerts and Broadway Revues.

Singing and performing have  been an important part of Laurie-Anne’s life, but she is also interested in and has studied writing, film-making and photography.
